When will I receive my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking number from USPS once your order has been shipped out. Note: It might take USPS up to 48 hours to provide tracking updates. 


How often do you restock your items?
Most items are restocked within 2 - 4 weeks depending on how soon the manufacturer will restock. All items will not be restocked. 

How long do I have to return my purchase?
If you happen to change your mind, you have up to 7 business days from  the date you received your package. 

Can I Exchange my item?
Yes, we do offer exchanges in the form of  store credit only Exchanges have to be made within 7 business days from the day your package was received. We will issue you store credit that can be used toward your future purchase. Please allow 4 - 6 business days for the exchange to be processed and completed.  

Note: All items must be in there original packaging, and unworn. We will not honor your exchange if the item is not in its original packaging, worn, or stained.

Can I receive a refund if I no longer want my item?
No, cash refunds. You may send the item back 
for store credit only. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.

Do you provide shipping labels for returns?
No, we do not offer return labels as exchanged items are made at the customers own expense.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
No, To make sure you receive your items as soon as possible we process orders very quickly. Once, an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. 

Why has my order been cancelled? 
If the billing information and address cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled. If this happens, you will need to try replacing your order using a different payment method. 

How long will it take to receive store credit?
Once we receive your return, it takes 4 - 7 business days for it to be processed.  We will issue your store credit, you will receive an email notification with your store credit. 
 

Please Note: All orders that was purchased with a store credit will be final sale.
